Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) – Greater Manchester

About the role

Join a growing dispute resolution team at a Legal 500‑ranked firm in Greater Manchester. Working closely with an experienced Director, you will manage your own caseload while gaining exposure to high‑value commercial litigation across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
• Handle employment‑related disputes as required.
• Manage professional negligence claims.
• Assist with fraud and other complex contentious matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through commercially focused advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the litigation team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
• Proven ability to handle a varied contentious caseload.
• Excellent technical knowledge of litigation practice and strong commercial awareness.
• Effective communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with ambition to develop litigation expertise further.
