Litigation Solicitor – 3 Years PQE (London)

About the role

Our client, a top‑tier law firm recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers, is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with three years post‑qualification experience to join its London office. The role involves handling complex property dispute matters for corporate and private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation, including boundary, landlord‑tenant, rights‑of‑way and nuisance disputes.
• Take client instructions, prepare pleadings, attend hearings and liaise with opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate time‑recording, cost procedures and file‑management compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members where required.
• Implement recommendations from monthly file reviews promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum three years PQE in litigation, preferably with a focus on property disputes.
• Strong client‑care attitude and ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
• Professional, proactive and sensitive to client needs.
