Litigation Solicitor – Dispute Resolution Team

About the role

Join a well‑established South Coast law firm as a Litigation Solicitor within its growing Dispute Resolution team in Worthing. You will work on a varied caseload of contentious matters while receiving strong supervision and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and manage a broad range of litigation matters, including property, contractual, debt recovery, boundary, landlord‑tenant and general civil/commercial disputes.
• Engage directly with clients to provide legal advice and representation.
• Prepare legal documents, draft pleadings and maintain case files.
• Participate in negotiations and represent clients in court when required.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ or with post‑qualification experience).
• Experience in litigation gained through training or post‑qualification practice.
• Strong communication and client‑care abilities.
• Proactive, commercial approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
