About the role

This position is for a newly‑qualified (NQ) Litigation Solicitor to join a long‑established, agile firm in Chelmsford. The role offers a varied mix of civil and commercial litigation work within a supportive environment that values progression and investment in its people.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle a diverse range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
  • Assist senior lawyers with case preparation, research, and court documentation.
  • Engage with clients to understand case facts and provide updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of case strategies.

Required profile

  • Qualified solicitor (NQ+) with a keen interest in litigation.
