Litigation Solicitor – up to £60,000 with flexible working

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our expanding Manchester office. You will manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial disputes for a broad client base across the North West.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a variety of dispute matters, including landlord & tenant, debt claims, contentious probate and boundary disputes.
• Prepare pleadings, statements of case and other court documents.
• Attend hearings, mediations and negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Provide clear, timely advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage case timelines and budgets with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• At least 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial and civil litigation.
• Proven track record of handling a full spectrum of dispute work.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
