Live Events Project Manager – AV & Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Live Events Project Manager with a strong AV/technician background to join a rapidly growing company that works with high‑profile brands and artists worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in delivering top‑quality audiovisual experiences for a diverse range of live events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver, set up, operate and dismantle AV equipment for live events.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
• Lead on‑site project teams, managing day‑to‑day execution and troubleshooting.
• Produce and maintain accurate project documentation, including delivery paperwork.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Project Manager or similar role within the AV/live events, entertainment, music or theatre sector.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Full, valid UK driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AV equipment installation, operation and removal.
• Project coordination and team leadership on live‑event sites.
