Live-In Care Support Worker – Bristol

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Live‑In Care Support Worker to reside with a client in Bristol, providing round‑the‑clock personal care, companionship and assistance with daily living. This role enables individuals to stay independent in their own homes while receiving high‑quality, person‑centred support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals according to client preferences.
• Offer companionship, emotional support and encourage social interaction.
• Support daily living activities such as medication reminders, light housekeeping and errands.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate any concerns to the care team.

Required profile

• Genuine caring attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently while living on‑site with the client.
• Flexibility to adapt to the client’s schedule and needs.
• Previous experience in live‑in, domiciliary or home care roles is preferred.
