About the role

Join Alina Homecare as a live‑in care worker and make a real difference to an elderly person's daily life. You will live on‑site, providing companionship and practical support while enjoying a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Offer friendly companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housework such as tidying and laundry.
• Prepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when needed.
• Support shopping trips and run errands.
• Help with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing and dressing.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.

Required profile

• Genuine caring attitude and respect for others.
• Passion for helping elderly individuals.
• Willingness to travel across the South of England.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• Ability to pass DBS checks.
