Live Presenter & Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident and energetic Live Presenter & Operations Executive to host fashion‑focused live shopping shows on platforms such as Whatnot, TikTok Shop Live, eBay Live and Tilt. The role combines on‑camera presenting with behind‑the‑scenes coordination to drive sales and build a loyal community of viewers.

Key responsibilities

• Host live shopping and auction broadcasts across multiple e‑commerce platforms.
• Present fashion products with confidence, energy and thorough product knowledge.
• Engage viewers in real time, answer questions and foster community interaction.
• Drive sales through dynamic, entertaining presentations.
• Plan and prepare product line‑ups before each live session.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
• Monitor live performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience presenting on live shopping platforms (Whatnot, TikTok Shop Live, eBay Live, Tilt or similar).
• Excellent communication and on‑camera presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of UK fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Sales‑driven mindset with an engaging personality.
• Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
