Live Transcriber for 2-Day Market Research Project

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑driven Live Transcriber to support a two‑day market‑research project at our award‑winning facility in London. The role involves real‑time transcription of focus‑group discussions, ensuring accurate and verbatim records.
Key responsibilities
- Transcribe focus‑group sessions in real time (13:30‑21:30 on 23 and 24 June 2026).
- Capture tone, nuance and speaker contributions with verbatim accuracy.
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling and clarity.
- Identify and label multiple speakers throughout the discussion.
- Format transcripts according to client or project specifications.
Required profile
- Previous experience in transcription, preferably within market‑research or focus‑group settings.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand varied accents.
- Fast, accurate typing with strong attention to detail.
- High standard of written English, including grammar and punctuation.
