About the role
We are looking for a detail‑driven Live Transcriber to support a two‑day market research project at our award‑winning facility in London. The role requires real‑time transcription of focus‑group discussions, ensuring every nuance and speaker contribution is captured accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Transcribe focus‑group sessions in real time (13:30‑21:30 on 23/06/2026 and 24/06/2026).
- Maintain verbatim accuracy, preserving tone, nuance, and speaker identification.
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, and clarity.
- Format transcripts according to client or project specifications.
Required profile
- Previous transcription experience, preferably within market research or focus‑group settings.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to interpret varied accents.
- Fast, accurate typing with strong attention to detail.
- High standard of written English (grammar and punctuation).
