About the role

We are seeking an experienced Live‑In Building Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a prestigious residential development in North West London. The role combines property management responsibilities with on‑site accommodation, offering a unique opportunity to provide high‑quality service to residents while living on the premises.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the development, ensuring smooth service delivery to residents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building and communal areas to uphold standards.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers on site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and internal procedures.
• Address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site records and report issues to the managing agent.
• Support the overall presentation, safety and security of the development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential building or property management.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to residential properties.
• Organised, reliable and able to maintain accurate records.

Required skills

• Experience supervising contractors and service providers.
• Competence in conducting building inspections.
• Familiarity with health and safety compliance.
