Load Controller – Centralised Load Control (10‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

easyJet is looking for a Centralised Load Controller to join its newly created Centralised Load Control (CLC) team. In this 10‑month fixed‑term position you will ensure safe, compliant and efficient weight‑and‑balance operations across the airline’s network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely execution of load control and dispatch activities, meeting critical operational timelines.
• Monitor airport and operational performance through audits, KPIs and trend analysis, driving continuous improvement.
• Provide operational support to the Integrated Control Centre, using weight‑management techniques to resolve emerging issues.
• Plan loads proactively, manage exceptions and maintain oversight of weight‑and‑balance activities to meet aircraft limitations and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of CLC processes and procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture through timely reporting and investigation of incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Weight & Balance and/or Load Control.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, operational environment where safety and efficiency are paramount.
• Strong relationship‑building and clear communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
