Loan Funding Manager

About the role

This position is an immediate, six‑month contract within a specialist lending operation. The role sits in Treasury Management and focuses on loan completion and funding processes, working closely with senior funders and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with senior funders on revolving credit lines and facility arrangements.
• Prepare monthly IPD documentation and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to monitor and forecast loan completions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage loan data tapes, support audit preparation and respond to funder queries.
• Coordinate with finance to track capital availability for new loans and with servicing to forecast loan redemptions.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the company’s CRM system.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative support and cover Investor Relations duties when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience working within a lending or financial institution.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholder relationships and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Immediate availability for the contract period.
