Loans/Finance Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Loans/Finance Administrator to join a fast‑growing, FCA‑regulated litigation finance business in Liverpool. You will support the funding process from initial request through to finance team hand‑over, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.

Key responsibilities

• Review funding requests received from law‑firm partners and verify that all documentation is complete and correctly signed.
• Set up approved cases in internal systems and process funding transactions within agreed timescales.
• Maintain up‑to‑date case records and manage a shared enquiries inbox, responding to routine queries.
• Escalate complex matters to senior team members and support data‑quality checks and administrative reporting.
• Assist with process improvements as the operations team expands.

Required profile

• Experience in an administration, operations or case‑management role, preferably within finance, lending or legal administration.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a professional communication style.
• Comfortable working in a process‑driven, regulated environment and presenting a professional image.

Required skills
