Locum Educational Psychologist – Bury

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Educational Psychologist to work on a locum basis in Bury. The primary focus of the role is to carry out statutory assessments for a client experiencing a staffing shortage, offering you the flexibility to set your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct statutory educational psychology assessments for students in the Bury area.
• Complete at least one assessment per month, adapting to client demand.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with HCPC standards.
• Collaborate with the client’s multidisciplinary team to support student outcomes.

Required profile

• Qualified in Educational Psychology.
• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Availability to undertake a minimum of one assessment each month.
• Experience with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) issues is desirable.
