Logistics Admin Assistant (3‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

This is a three‑month fixed‑term position supporting the Senior Logistics & Operations Manager in a fast‑growing fashion brand. You will help ensure smooth stock flow from the warehouse to customers and international markets, acting as a key liaison with third‑party logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate priorities and requests between the 3PL warehouse and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate product, customs and shipping data across internal systems.
• Assist Customer Service with lost or damaged goods claims.
• Prepare month‑end reports across multiple channels.
• Review and approve warehouse invoices and raise credit notes for re‑processing fees.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Logistics & Operations team.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in logistics, operations or supply chain (fashion or retail a plus).
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive communicator comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Mintsoft or another ERP/WMS system.
• Proficient use of Excel for data handling.
