Logistics Coordinator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Moog is seeking two Logistics Coordinators on 12‑month fixed‑term contracts to support the outbound logistics team in Wolverhampton. You will manage the shipping and expedition of finished goods, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Raise shipping paperwork and commercial invoices for international shipments.
• Pack products for export and process shipments through customer portals.
• Engage with and coordinate transport agents.
• Maintain a clean, 5S‑compliant workplace.
• Interact daily with material controllers and production staff to prioritize issues.
• Accurately record all stock movements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a logistics or shipping department within a complex engineering environment, preferably aerospace.
• Good communication, problem‑solving and team‑working abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly and share ideas for continuous improvement.
• Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is mandatory.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
