Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Horsham team, supporting the distribution of clinical trial products within the healthcare sector. The role ensures smooth import and export operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance and courier coordination.
• Enter shipment details accurately into ERP systems to guarantee timely, compliant delivery.
• Maintain records in line with regulatory and study requirements to uphold Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status.
• Handle client inquiries, track pro‑forma invoices and facilitate Certificate of Origin applications.
• Process Controlled Drug License applications in liaison with government departments.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to meet logistics metrics and project timelines.

Required profile

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in an operational or logistics environment is highly valued.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and quality systems is an asset.

What we offer

• £15.86 per hour (£32,000 annual equivalent).
• Monday‑Friday, 8:30‑17:00 schedule.
• 12‑month fixed‑term contract starting late July or early August.
