Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Our client in Whitfield, Dover is looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join a fast‑paced coordination team. You will receive full training and support to develop into a role that plans and manages time‑critical logistics solutions across Europe and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Escalate transport delays and identified problems to the Team Leader, proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with the supplier management team to highlight gaps in carrier coverage and maintain strong carrier relationships.
• Record and escalate carrier non‑conformances.
• Monitor European driving regulations and bans to inform transport planning.

Required profile

• Good IT proficiency.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Understanding of European driving regulations and their impact on transport planning.
• Logistics experience is desirable; additional languages are advantageous.

• Office‑based role with 9‑hour rotational day shifts (07:00‑16:00, 08:00‑17:00, 09:00‑18:00 or 10:00‑19:00) Monday‑Friday.
