Logistics Coordinator – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a well‑established, design‑led interiors brand in Leeds. You will act as the central hub between customers, drivers and the warehouse, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise daily delivery routes using a route‑planning system.
• Communicate delivery times to customers before dispatch.
• Arrange suitable delivery windows in liaison with customers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to load and dispatch vehicles on schedule.
• Manage delivery changes, cancellations and reschedules.
• Serve as the main point of contact for drivers and resolve any delivery issues during the day.

Required profile

• Experience in transport, logistics or delivery coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Good knowledge of UK geography and route planning.

• £32,000 – £36,000 salary.
