Logistics Coordinator (Sea Freight)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with sea‑freight experience to manage export shipments for a family‑run freight forwarding business. You will own the export process from booking to final delivery, working closely with customers, carriers, overseas agents and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments by air and sea, arranging bookings with carriers.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations, export documentation and manifests.
• Liaise with customers, hauliers, warehouses and overseas agents to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipment progress, manage invoicing and produce shipment manifests.
• Maintain compliance with vessel and flight deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Export Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Background in both air‑freight and sea‑freight export operations.
• Proven ability to handle customs documentation and export paperwork.
• Motivation to develop a long‑term career within a family‑run logistics business.
