Logistics & Customer Service Co-ordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join our client in Maidenhead. The role blends customer‑service excellence with end‑to‑end logistics coordination, ensuring orders move smoothly from receipt to delivery while supporting repair services and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle, from order entry to final delivery.
• Coordinate stock requirements with the UK Customer Service team and warehouse operations.
• Monitor stock pipelines from manufacturing through to the UK warehouse and ensure product availability for projects.
• Resolve shipping, delivery and logistics queries efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide occasional warehouse support during peak periods or staff absences.
• Deliver high‑level customer service, building positive relationships with customers and contractors.
• Coordinate field repairs for service‑contract customers with external service partners.
• Assist customers with product information, order enquiries, billing and delivery questions, and handle complaints to timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with sales, warehouse, technical support, customer service and management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, logistics, order processing or coordination.
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, collaborative team player comfortable in a fast‑paced operational environment.

• ERP systems (experience with Dynamics 365 advantageous)
