Logistics Driver – Full‑time, £30k‑£32k, Cheltenham

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Logistics Driver to join our transport team in Cheltenham. You will be responsible for the safe collection, carriage and delivery of a variety of items while upholding the highest standards of security, safety and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Operate fleet vehicles safely, completing daily checks and complying with transport regulations.
• Collect, transport and deliver items efficiently, maintaining full accountability and security.
• Support the small transport team, assisting colleagues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Perform manual handling tasks to load and unload materials as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Undertake overnight assignments when needed, with company‑provided accommodation.

Required profile

• Full clean driving licence.
• Valid CPC card (training provided if not held).
• Forklift licence (training can be provided).
• Willingness to train to HGV Class 1.
• Ability to obtain and maintain National Security Clearance.
