Logistics Executive – International Shipments

About the role

You will join a fast‑moving marketing and merchandising firm in London, supporting the transportation of goods from the Middle East to the UK, Europe and the USA. The position focuses on managing imports from suppliers through to end‑clients or warehousing, ensuring smooth operation across sea, air and road freight.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments from the Middle East to global destinations.
• Manage import processes, including customs clearance and documentation.
• Organise sea, air and trucking movements to meet delivery schedules.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for logistics queries, collaborating with sales, finance and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with trade regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics imports.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, trade compliance and required documentation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and communicate effectively across departments.
• Availability to start within a month.
