Logistics Operator – 4 days on / 4 days off

About the role
Freightserve is seeking an AOG (Air Operations) Operator to join their team in Colnbrook. The role works on a 4‑days‑on, 4‑days‑off roster, handling time‑critical air freight shipments for a well‑established freight forwarder.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor time‑critical air freight shipments.
- Respond to emails, manage collections and deliveries efficiently.
- Prepare and complete Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and House Air Waybills (HAWB).
- Process customs entries and ensure compliance.
- Handle large key accounts and maintain high‑level customer service.
- Liaise with airlines, handling agents, and transport providers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in air export logistics.
- Strong customer‑service orientation, capable of handling high‑pressure situations.

- Air export logistics knowledge.
