Logistics Operator – Warehouse & Forklift

About the role

As a Logistics Operator you will support warehouse operations at our Hereford site, ensuring safety, accuracy and timely delivery of materials to production and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate counter‑balance forklift trucks to move incoming and outgoing stock.
• Use inventory management systems to record stock levels and maintain accurate data.
• Deliver first‑time‑right quality by following standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate work and resolve queries.
• Provide high standards of customer service to internal production areas and external customers.

Required profile

• Proactive and organised with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a production or warehouse setting.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (counter‑balance).
• Use of inventory management systems.

What we offer

• £27,910 per annum plus a £7,323 shift allowance.
• 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
• Shift pattern of 12‑hour days and nights on a rotating cycle.
