Logistics Project Manager

About the role

We are partnering with an international business that is launching its UK operation. As a Logistics Project Manager you will lead the design and implementation of multiple warehouse sites and the inbound flow of high‑volume assets during a two‑year build phase. The role will evolve into broader logistics and operations management as the UK footprint matures.

Key responsibilities

• Support the establishment of several warehouse locations across the UK.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and high‑volume asset movement into the country.
• Evaluate, select and manage third‑party logistics (3PL) and warehouse partners.
• Assess the strategic balance between outsourced and in‑house logistics functions.
• Develop and implement scalable logistics processes, controls and reporting from scratch.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, couriers and 3PL providers.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership during rapid growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing or 3PL management.
• Track record of managing third‑party logistics providers and distribution networks.
• Strong commercial awareness and operational judgement.
• Ability to build processes and structures in a fast‑moving environment.
