About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Support Coordinator to join a busy team in Ramsdell on a 10‑week temporary assignment. The role involves coordinating deliveries, monitoring shipments and supporting warehouse operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating deliveries and collections with customers, suppliers and transport providers.
- Monitoring shipments to ensure on‑time delivery and tracking orders.
- Resolving transport or delivery issues quickly and effectively.
- Working closely with warehouse and operations teams to support order fulfilment and stock movement.
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments and delivery schedules while following company procedures and transport regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or operations.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset and ability to manage changing priorities.
- Good IT skills and confidence using business systems.
