About the role
We are looking for a motivated Logistics Support Operative (LSO) to join our busy site in Linton, near Maidstone. The role is temporary, full‑time and involves supporting daily warehouse operations, packing, and fruit sorting.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to company safety rules at all times.
- Use and store issued equipment correctly.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
- Pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Sort fruit as directed.
- Check that packaging carries the correct labels.
- Clean designated areas as requested.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to work shifts up to 12 hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Commitment to follow health and safety procedures.
