London Market Pricing Manager

About the role

The Pricing Manager will lead pricing and performance analysis for Delegated Authority business, including binders and line‑slips, while supporting broader London Market portfolios. You will act as a trusted partner to underwriting teams, providing insight and guidance on complex pricing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing and performance analysis across Delegated Authority business.
• Partner with underwriting teams to challenge and refine pricing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and MGA partners.
• Drive innovation through pricing projects, advanced tooling, machine learning and AI.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, fostering capability growth.

Required profile

• Strong general insurance background with extensive London Market or Lloyd's pricing experience.
• Experience with complex risks or Delegated Authority business.
• Commercially minded and confident influencing stakeholders.
• Mentoring experience and interest in data‑driven analytics.
• Qualified or near‑qualified actuary is highly advantageous.
