Lorry Driver – Class 1 (C+E) Dry Powder Bulk Tanker

About the role

Breedon Group plc is seeking a dedicated Lorry Driver to transport dry powder bulk materials from our depots to customer sites across Great Britain. You will join a dynamic logistics team, collaborating closely with the commercial department to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Load and discharge dry powders safely, including pressure‑discharge operations where required.
• Plan and optimise own delivery routes in coordination with the logistics team.
• Conduct first‑use inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Complete all required documentation, tickets and inspections using a tablet computer.
• Report any safety‑related issues to line management immediately.

Required profile

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 2 years.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• Possession of a DIGI card.
• Flexibility to work varied start and finish times, including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to undertake safety reporting and adhere to company procedures.
