About the role
Join TK Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, as a Loss Prevention Officer in Edinburgh. You will be the visible, friendly presence at store entrances, helping to create a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Deterrence of loss on the sales floor through proactive monitoring.
- Act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function, supporting a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with store team members to maintain product security.
- Resolve conflicts calmly and professionally when required.
- Provide a visible, approachable presence at entrance doors.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, fast‑paced retail, or security guard work (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
