Lutron Blind Installer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lutron Blind Installer to join a leading custom installation company specialising in high‑end residential AV integration. The successful candidate will install and programme Lutron blind systems on bespoke projects and multi‑dwelling units across London and the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Install, programme and commission Lutron automated blind systems to a high standard.
• Collaborate with other trades on site to ensure seamless integration with AV and lighting solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve any on‑site issues, documenting work accurately.
• Measure and assess window treatments, ensuring correct fit and finish.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards throughout the installation process.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Lutron blind installation and programming.
• Proven ability to work on high‑end residential projects and multi‑dwelling units.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom and based in the UK.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear documentation.
