About the role

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to find a Luxury Client Host for its flagship showroom on Bond Street, London. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a warm and memorable first impression that reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients into the showroom and ensure a positive first impression.
• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised hosting experience.
• Support private appointments and VIP client visits.
• Maintain hospitality areas to the highest presentation standards.
• Offer refreshments and uphold a luxurious client environment.
• Assist with showroom events and bespoke client experiences.
• Collaborate closely with sales and client‑service teams to ensure seamless visits.
• Build positive relationships with clients and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, first‑class cabin crew, private members’ clubs or guest‑relations roles.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a genuine passion for exceptional service.
• Confidence interacting with a wide range of clients.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
