Luxury Home Estate Agent

About the role

Fine & Country is seeking motivated estate agents to sell luxury homes across the South East of England. You will work remotely, leveraging a national network and premium brand reputation to connect high‑net‑worth buyers with properties valued between £1M and £5M+.

Key responsibilities

• Source, market, and negotiate sales of luxury residential properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with affluent clients and investors.
• Utilise Fine & Country’s marketing materials, tools, and technology to showcase listings.
• Collaborate with the Agent Support team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, aiming for at least one sale per month.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑value residential sales.
• Ambitious, self‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage a flexible, remote working schedule.
