Luxury Hotel Contracts Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Hotel Contracts Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation and management of luxury hotel partnerships across London and key UK destinations. The role will support our client’s high‑end inbound travel business by ensuring a premium portfolio of accommodation for FIT and luxury travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage hotel contracts, rates, allocations, value‑adds and preferred partnership terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotel partners, focusing on the London market.
• Identify, source and onboard new luxury hotel partners to expand the product offering.
• Conduct regular supplier meetings, site inspections and market visits to ensure quality and partnership strength.
• Analyse market trends, supplier performance and commercial opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, product and marketing teams to create tactical offers, promotions and exclusive client benefits.
• Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, trade shows and familiarisation trips.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Hotel Contracts Manager, Market Manager or Supplier Relations Manager within inbound or luxury travel.
• Established relationships within the London luxury hotel sector.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Analytical, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to build long‑term supplier partnerships and identify commercial opportunities.
• Full UK or EU driving licence preferred.
