Luxury Retail Assistant – Temporary (Mayfair)

About the role

We are seeking a Luxury Retail Assistant to provide temporary cover on 1st and 8th August in Mayfair, London. The role involves delivering premium customer service for a prestigious luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Act as the main on‑site contact for guests, clients, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, including bookings, setup, refreshments, and clear‑down.
• Manage stationery and consumable stock levels and place orders as required.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, and health & safety concerns.
• Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain professional standards of appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Provide guests with building, safety, and local area information.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organised, and client‑ready.
• Support colleagues and undertake additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail or high‑end customer‑facing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to uphold high standards of service and presentation.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
