About the role

As a Sales Consultant you will act as a brand ambassador for a world‑renowned luxury bedding manufacturer. You will guide high‑net‑worth clients, interior designers and luxury enthusiasts through a sensory and technical journey to discover the ultimate sleep experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop encyclopedic knowledge of product lines, including raw material provenance, thread counts, weaves and tog ratings.
• Articulate technical benefits and craft tailored recommendations based on client sleep profiles.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from greeting and demonstrations to transaction and white‑glove delivery scheduling.
• Upsell and cross‑sell complementary luxury items such as silk eye masks, decorative throws and premium pillows.
• Provide a white‑glove service experience across in‑person, phone and email channels, maintaining a personal book of VIP clients.
• Collaborate with interior designers on large‑scale residential projects.
• Maintain showroom aesthetics, ensure samples are impeccably presented, manage inventory and process bespoke orders.
