Luxury Travel Consultant – Arabic Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a professional, motivated and customer‑focused Luxury Travel Consultant to join our concierge team in the United Kingdom. The role involves delivering personalised, high‑end travel and lifestyle services to high‑net‑worth members, with a strong emphasis on the Middle‑East market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end member requests, providing tailored travel, dining and lifestyle recommendations within agreed timeframes.
• Leverage destination knowledge, supplier networks and negotiation skills to secure premium experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and suppliers to ensure seamless service.
• Promote the wider suite of lifestyle services and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Resolve member queries and service‑recovery issues with a customer‑first mindset.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records of all member interactions.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve the member experience.
• Identify commissionable bookings to maximise commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal); French is a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high‑end customer service, preferably within the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Middle‑East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha) and key Asian destinations.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Amadeus GDS (or similar global distribution system) proficiency.
