M&A Analyst – Corporate Deal Team

About the role

We are seeking a motivated M&A Analyst to join our Corporate Deal team in Bolton. You will support senior executives in managing client portfolios and driving business sale transactions up to approximately £15m enterprise value.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Corporate Deal Executives with client portfolio management.
• Facilitate and attend meetings with clients, potential acquirers, and investors.
• Provide high‑quality customer service throughout each transaction stage.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, trade acquirers, private equity firms, and professional advisers.
• Analyse financial information and help negotiate offers.

Required profile

• Degree in business, finance, management or related field (training provided for suitable candidates).
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
