M&A Analyst/Associate – Renewables & Infrastructure

About the role

This position offers an ambitious analyst or associate the chance to work on high‑impact transactions within the European energy transition, renewable energy, cleantech and infrastructure sectors. You will join a leading European platform and gain exposure to live deals while developing strategic insights for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the management of live M&A transactions and progressively take on oversight responsibilities.
• Prepare marketing presentations, information memoranda and other transaction documentation.
• Contribute to the development of strategic ideas and solutions for client projects.
• Support senior professionals in maintaining client relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience at a well‑regarded bank or boutique in a similar M&A capacity.
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to accelerate career growth within the energy transition space.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
