M&A Associate – Healthcare Life Sciences/Pharma

About the role

We are seeking an experienced M&A Associate to join our team in London, focusing on the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Pharma sectors. You will work closely with senior bankers to execute transactions and provide strategic advisory support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution workstreams on sell‑side, buy‑side and strategic advisory deals.
• Build and review complex financial models, valuation analyses and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate due‑diligence processes and manage interactions with clients, advisors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare client presentations, strategic reviews and board‑level materials.
• Support origination and execution of transactions across Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech and broader Healthcare sectors.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts within the team.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of investment banking experience in Healthcare M&A, with a focus on Life Sciences or Pharma.
• Proven transaction execution experience across M&A and strategic advisory assignments.
• Strong academic background and outstanding analytical capabilities.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a high‑performance environment.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
