M&A Associate - Transport, Logistics & Infrastructure

About the role
We are expanding our London‑based Transport, Logistics & Infrastructure team and are looking for an M&A Associate to drive execution and support senior bankers on origination. This is a pivotal moment as the platform receives significant investment and management focus.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day execution of M&A and other corporate finance transactions within the transportation, logistics and infrastructure sectors.
- Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research.
- Contribute to origination efforts, preparing and delivering client presentations.
- Support senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Mentor and act as a role model for junior team members.
Required profile
- Excellent financial analysis capabilities.
- Solid M&A experience, preferably gained on a product or sector team within transport and infrastructure.
- Proven track‑record of deal execution.
- Good knowledge of compliance, relevant laws, rules and regulations.
