M&A Transaction Services – FDD Assistant Manager & Manager

About the role
NSTR Limited is expanding its M&A Transaction Services team in London. We are looking for both an FDD Assistant Manager (first‑time movers from the Big 4) and an experienced FDD Manager to support private‑equity driven mid‑market transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist or lead financial due diligence (FDD) engagements for private‑equity and other investors.
- Collaborate with deal teams on mid‑ to upper‑mid‑market M&A transactions.
- Contribute to a fast‑growing, sector‑agnostic FDD practice.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of audit experience (total) for the Assistant Manager role.
- First‑time passes in all ACA/ICAS examinations.
- Solid understanding of FDD concepts.
- Motivation to work with private‑equity clients on mid‑market deals.
- For the Manager role, prior Big 4 FDD experience is required.
