Machine Operative – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Machine Operative to join our fast‑paced warehouse team in Southend‑on‑Sea. You will support daily operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and the warehouse remains organised and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
• Book goods in and out of the system and replenish stock as required.
• Check orders before dispatch to confirm completeness.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.

Required profile

• Team‑player with a proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse setting.
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 20 kg.
• Reliable, punctual and able to commute to Southend‑on‑Sea.
• Previous experience operating warehouse machinery is preferred.
