Machine Operative – Signage Manufacturing

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operative to join our signage manufacturing team on the outskirts of Canterbury. The role involves operating specialised machinery, preparing orders for dispatch and supporting the production flow across rotating shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machinery to manufacture signage from raw materials.
- Clean and attach railings as part of the production process.
- Pack, wrap and prepare finished orders for dispatch.
- Book orders through the internal ordering system.
Required profile
- Own a vehicle and be able to drive to the work site.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 10‑15 kg repeatedly.
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn new processes.
