Machine Operator – Day Shifts

About the role

Join a modern, fast‑growing manufacturing business in Rochester as a Machine Operator on day shifts. You’ll work in a clean, GMP‑regulated environment where quality and continuous improvement are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, run and take ownership of production machinery.
• Carry out changeovers, adjustments and basic fault finding.
• Maintain smooth line operation and intervene when issues arise.
• Complete production and quality paperwork in line with GMP standards.
• Support fellow operators and collaborate with Team Leaders to meet output and quality targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Familiarity with machinery set‑ups or line responsibility.
• Reliability, pride in workmanship and strong attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to step up when needed.
