Machine Operator - Manufacturing Sector

Main Missions

• Set up and prepare machines for production runs according to technical specifications.
• Load raw materials into machinery and monitor the production process.
• Operate machines manually and ensure continuous workflow.
• Unload finished products and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow all written and oral instructions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Perform data entry and use computer systems to track production metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• High level of safety awareness and commitment to workplace protocols.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a rotating shift environment.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK (No visa sponsorship available).
