About the role
We are recruiting reliable and hardworking Mail Operatives for a range of temporary opportunities across London. Assignments vary from one‑day tasks to longer‑term placements with a leading financial institution, offering both full‑time and part‑time schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and deliver mail and parcels within designated routes promptly and securely.
- Sort and prepare mail for distribution, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean, serviceable condition and follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate with various departments to support smooth communication and logistics.
- Record deliveries and collections, complying with organisational standards.
Required profile
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to work under pressure.
- Proactive, positive attitude towards work and teamwork.
- Previous experience in mail or logistics roles is advantageous but not essential.
